I shot these images on October 10, 2000.
I was in New York for the Eddie Adams Workshop and rented a helicopter for about an hour and a half to fly and photograph over New York. I get nostalgic and want to look at them every now and then.
I miss the World Trade Center.

That is a really cool expiriance! I bet you can't do that anymore with security. I feel really cheated that I never got to see them in person. I have heard comparisons to the size, but I know I still really don't comprehend how big they really were.
